We can trace the history of our practice back to before World War II, and throughout that time we’ve strived to provide the best veterinary care with our vets in Bury St Edmunds, Thetford and Mildenhall.

The best vet care for your dogs, cats and other pets

We have built our service to provide the best care for your pets, while respecting all of our clients and patients. We ensure that our practices are well-equipped and modern facilities, allowing us to offer a wide range of services.

Consultations are available by appointment, for vaccinations, routine health checks, monitoring of long term conditions, and for animals who are unwell. Please contact the team to arrange an appointment in advance as we do not accept walk-ins to prevent pets becoming stressed while hanging around the practice.

We also offer nursing clinics, which can be an excellent opportunity to get help with your pet from our friendly and experienced nurses, who will love to fuss and treat your pet and show them that a trip to the vets is no bad thing! We offer flea and worm checks, weight management, socialisation and behaviour, post op checks, nail clips and general advice and support.

We have a network of specialist referral centres available to us should your pet need treatment that we are unable to provide.

That’s why we’ve devised our Pet Health Plan, the best way to support your pet’s health while saving money.

Routine treatments and vaccinations will always be a part of a healthy pet’s life, and we will meet your pet yearly to administer them. As a member of our Pet Health Plan, you will have the peace of mind of knowing that this care is covered.

Owners of dogs, cats and rabbits can access the plan, which breaks down the cost of routine veterinary services to a monthly direct debit. Included are annual vaccinations, flea and worm control and two annual health check-ups, as well as discounts on a range of services, and even pet food.
